Stenheim’s Alumine Two.Five Loudspeakers Wird Dich Nicht Kalt Lassen: High-End Munich 2023

Stenheim’s Alumine Two.Five Floorstanding Speaker features all aluminum construction and high-efficiency drivers. Well worth checking out this week at High-End Munich 2023.

Stenheim Alumine Two.Five Loudspeakers

Switzerland-based Stenheim is debuting its latest speaker the Alumine Two.Five at the upcoming High-End Munich show taking place from May 18 through 21, 2023 in Atrium 4.1, Room F113.

Alumine Two.Five

The Alumine Two.Five utilizes aluminum cabinets and high-efficiency drivers to bring out the natural beauty and elegance of the finest recordings.

Similar to the other speakers in the Alumine lineup, the Two.Five builds on the simplicity of the original bookshelf Alumine Two but with greater cabinet volume and two bass drivers for lower frequency extension.

Featuring a 93 dB sensitivity rating (8 ohms) and rather benign impedance, the Alumine Two.Five are compatible with a wide range of currently available amplifiers, including lower powered tube and solid-state designs.

The Alumine Two.Five, like all Stenheim speakers, is designed and hand-built in Switzerland.

Stenheim Alumine Two.Five Loudspeaker Pair

From Jean-Pascal Panchard, CEO-Owner, Stenheim Suissa SA: “The Alumine Two.Five is an important introduction for us because its price puts it within reach of a greater number of music lovers who want to experience the Stenheim sound for themselves…Although it is our entry-level floorstanding speaker there is nothing entry-level about its performance.”

New Reference Platform

Reference Platform for Stenheim Alumine Two.Five Loudspeaker

In addition to the Alumine Two.Five, Stenheim is introducing a solid aluminum billet platform for the company’s Reference Ultime Two and UltimeThree floorstanding speakers.

The reference platform is designed to increase stability and ease of setup via an enlarged footprint and a high range of adjustment. The platform simplifies switching from castors that enable the speakers to be easily positioned, to the spikes that provide permanent support. Three different spike ends are designed to be optimized for thick carpets, and hard and delicate floors. Optimal set-up is achieved through knurled knobs that provide 10 cms/4 in. of height adjustment.

The new platform will be shown in Munich at the Dartzeel exhibit, Atrium 4.2, Room F213, and will be available in Q3 2023.

Availability and Pricing

The new Stenheim Alumine Two.Five has an MSRP of USD $23,500/pair.
