Simaudio Unveils the MOON Voice 22 Loudspeaker

Simaudio is well-known for its audio components, but the Moon Voice 22 is its first entry into the loudspeaker category. Find out what it offers.

Montreal-based, Simaudio has been been in the high-end audio game for decades and we’re really big proponents of their equipment for the simple reason that they are built like tanks and the sound quality never disappoints.

Their LP110 V2 Phono Preamp makes our “Best Affordable” list every single year because it’s one of the best below $1,000 ($600 USD) and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

This is not a company that rushes anything into the market in response to its competition; they have proven that slow and steady wins the race and you would be hard pressed to find customers who don’t love their systems.

Some of their products introduced during the past decade still being offered include the following.

Building on its audio component expertise, Simaudio has decided to make its first move into the loudspeaker space with the MOON Voice 22 bookshelf speaker.

The Voice 22 Bookshelf Loudspeaker

The enclosure employs a unique patent-pending technology called CGD (Curved Groove Damping) to control the panel resonances of the loudspeaker. This allows the Voice 22 to deliver precise sound clarity with a wide soundstage with emphasis on reproducing small details and clean bass.

The Voice 22 can be used with almost any amplifier but is a perfect match for a Simaudio MOON amplifier.

The Voice 22 can be placed on any solid surface with its integrated Hover base or an optional Bespoke stand

The Hover base is designed to provide stability and reduce vibration, in addition to giving the speaker an elegant ‘floating’ appearance. The stand provides a secure base and adds a striking visual dynamic. The Bespoke stands are made from powder-coated stainless steel. You have the option of spikes or rubber feet.

Whether placed on the Hover base or Bespoke stand, the MOON Voice 22 will complement any décor while delivering room-filling sound.

The enclosure design has a modern feel with a classic twist that recalls Simaudio’s 1980 decade beginnings. The speaker drivers feature sleek baffles and machined bezels for a graceful appearance.
