Beyerdynamic T1 Gen 3 Dynamic Headphones: $695 (B stock)

Handmade in Germany, the Beyerdynamic T1, Third Generation model features the company’s tilted Tesla drivers to ensure a precise and spatial sound signature. The replaceable, breathable velour ear pads contain a multi-layer filling which helps fine-tune the sound while also making the headphones extremely comfortable to wear. One of the layers in the earpad is made from memory foam which adapts to your specific ears and head to maintains a comfortable fit.

What Hifi? ranked the T1 gen 3 phones 5 stars (out of 5), lauding their comfort, build quality and “clean, balanced presentation.” Unlike their predecessor, the first generation T1, which were relatively difficult to drive with a 600 ohm rating, the gen 3 T1 headphones feature a 32 ohm load. You can plug them into just about any phone, tablet or computer and get full rich, dynamic sound. Of course, if you want to pair them up with a high performance headphone amp, that works too.

The Beyerdynamic outlet sale ends February 28th, but stock may not last that long. A few of their other more affordable models have already sold out, but they do still have some great deals on true wireless earbuds and a number of more affordable wired ‘phones.
