Headquartered in Swampscott, Massachusetts, ZVOX Audio is a collaboration of long-time consumer electronics industry veterans Tom Hannaher and Winslow Burhoe. Hannaher’s career began in 1971 at Best Buy (Sound of Music) where he was Dir. of Advertising. In 1976, he moved to Advent Corporation, the pioneering audio/video manufacturer, and, in the 1980s, he created advertising and marketing programs for Tweeter, Apple Computer, NAD, Kloss Video and Cambridge SoundWorks. Burhoe’s background includes the venerable speaker companies KLH, and Acoustic Research where he worked with Edgar Villchur.
