SIVGA is coming back for another swing at the fiercely competitive wired IEM market with the Nightingale PRO — a next-gen planar magnetic design that takes the original 2023 Nightingale and gives it a serious upgrade. Built around a proprietary multi-magnet planar driver and wrapped in precision-machined aluminium-magnesium housings, the Nightingale PRO promises the kind of openness, balance, and clarity you usually have to pay a lot more for.
And like most of the more interesting overseas IEMs these days, North American listeners won’t find it at a local retailer — you’ll have to buy it online and take the leap, just like the rest of us.
Multi-Magnet Planar Driver: Enhanced Precision and Power

The Nightingale PRO uses a newly developed planar magnetic driver built for SIVGA, featuring a multi-magnet array paired with high-efficiency neodymium magnets. On paper, this design aims to improve control, responsiveness, and overall efficiency compared to the original model.
Its diaphragm combines an ultra-light 0.008mm composite base with a 0.006mm aluminum ribbon conductor, a configuration chosen to reduce mass and support more precise driver movement. The overall structure is engineered to provide a wide soundstage, solid separation, and strong dynamics, though final performance will depend on real-world listening.
Refined Acoustic Balance
The Nightingale PRO is designed to handle a wide range of material, from sparse acoustic recordings to dense electronic arrangements. Its planar driver and tuning approach are intended to highlight fine details while maintaining balance across the frequency range. SIVGA’s goal with this model is to provide an engaging, low-fatigue listening experience suitable for longer sessions, though actual results will come down to individual listening and system pairing.

Comfort & Long-Wear Ergonomics
The Nightingale PRO’s acoustic housing is machined from an aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy using a 5-axis CNC process, a choice aimed at improving structural consistency and controlling unwanted resonance. Each earpiece is finished with hand-polished solid wood faceplates, reflecting SIVGA’s ongoing use of wood elements across its product line.
For fit, the Nightingale PRO includes multiple eartip options to help users find a secure and comfortable seal. The design and accessory set are intended to support longer listening sessions, though comfort will naturally vary depending on ear shape and tip selection.

Technical Specifications & What They Mean for Buyers
The Nightingale PRO lists a frequency response of 20Hz–40kHz, an impedance of 16Ω, and a sensitivity of 100dB ±3dB. These figures indicate that the IEM should be easy to drive from most portable sources, including smartphones with dongle DACs, portable players, and desktop headphone amps. The detachable 1.2m silver-plated OFC cable uses standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, making it compatible with a wide range of aftermarket cables.
At 27g per pair (without the cable), the weight falls within the typical range for metal-housed IEMs, suggesting they should be manageable for extended listening depending on fit and tip choice. The overall spec sheet positions the Nightingale PRO as a straightforward, source-friendly planar IEM that shouldn’t require specialized gear to perform as intended.

The Bottom Line
SIVGA isn’t the first brand most listeners associate with IEMs, but they’ve built a solid track record on the headphone side. We reviewed their SV023 and Luan open-back headphones in 2022 and 2023, both of which showed the company’s ability to deliver thoughtful engineering and strong build quality at attainable prices. The Nightingale PRO feels like the natural next step in that evolution.
Sitting in the mid-$200 range, it enters a brutally competitive segment that includes the Campfire Audio Axion, Fosi Audio IM4 ($99), and Meze Audio Alba ($159). It also bumps shoulders with higher-tier planar offerings like the Noble Van Gogh ($699) and the Astell&Kern Luna ($2,700).

On paper, the Nightingale PRO aims for a practical sweet spot where engineering, materials, and pricing line up in a way that could appeal to a wide range of buyers. If it performs as designed, SIVGA may have added a genuinely compelling IEM to its growing lineup.
