JBL has no shortage of products at CES 2024, including new headphones, earbuds, and portable speaker lines. However, there are two portable listening products they are spotlighting this year that are a little different, and highly affordable.

The two products are the JBL Soundgear Sense true wireless open-ear earbuds, and the JBL Tune 310C, which are a USB Type-C wired in-ear headphone.

From Dave Rogers, President of Consumer Lifestyle at HARMAN: “JBL’s unwavering dedication to innovation and audio excellence is a testament to our legacy of delivering exceptional audio solutions. With a commitment to pushing the boundaries, we continually strive to provide consumers with unparalleled listening experiences…The Soundgear Sense and Tune 310C redefine the audio journey, delivering a heightened level of detail and immersion.

For wearability, these earbuds include flexible ear hooks designed to provide personalized, all-day comfort. A detachable headband is also included for additional comfort and stability in active situations.

What makes the Tune 310C different is that it bucks the trend toward wireless connectivity in favor of wired connection via USB-C. The 310C spotlights the relevance of USB-C, with expanded compatibility with mobile devices, tablets, and desktop PCs.

The Tune 310C has a built-in DAC that supports hi-res audio with JBL Pure Bass sound.

The 310C also includes built-in microphones for phone calling with mobile devices.
