Google Pixel & Pixel XL Smartphones Available Today at Verizon

Google Pixel Smartphone

Google’s new Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones are now available exclusively on Verizon. These 5-inch and 5.5-inch sized high-spec phones were designed from the ground up by Google, and are the first to include Google Assistant built-in. Furthermore, the Pixel’s 12-megapixel camera claims to be the highest rated smartphone camera to-date. Plus, both phones come with unlimited storage.

The Google Assistant helps you get things done throughout your day. Just say, “OK, Google,” or touch and hold the Home button and ask a question or make a request. The Google Assistant can easily help you do things like make a dinner reservation, add items to your shopping list, create calendar entries or search the Internet for the latest baseball scores — all without having to open multiple apps.

Both phones come with unlimited storage for photos and videos at full resolution so you will never run out of space or miss out on a candid moment. Even better, a smart storage feature lets your Pixel free up space automatically when you need it, which means you’ll always have memory available. Just set it up once and say goodbye to those annoying “storage is full” warnings.

With 12.3 megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front cameras, users can take photos in bright light, low light or any light, and catch action shots as they happen with Smartburst. Once you’ve captured the moment, full-resolution photos and videos are instantly backed up to Google Photos over the Verizon network for safekeeping, sorting and sharing on your favorite social network.

When you need a quick charge, the USB Type-C charger gets you seven hours of battery life in just 15 minutes. To conserve battery when you aren’t using your phone, the Android-exclusive Doze function automatically puts it into a deep sleep state to extend your battery life.

The Google Earth Live Case showcases beautiful imagery from Google Earth; pressing the shortcut button opens that location in Google Maps. In both cases, the shortcut button can be customized to open your favorite app.
