Denon introduced the DHT-1312XP 5.1 home cinema system with receiver. The home theater in a box system combines Denon's new high-performance AVR-1312 A/V receiver with a 5.1-channel surround sound speaker system called SYS-1312. The new theater system replaces last year's DHT-1311XP model.
The 3D-ready AVR-1312 receiver features a graphical user interface that even overlays semi-transparently on the HDMI image. Four quick select buttons, either on the front panel or on the ergonomic remote control, let users instantly select frequently used video, music or games console sources and surround modes, and icon displays on the buttons make it easy to recognise functions. Each of the fully discrete five channels delivers 110-watts, enough to fill even larger living rooms. The short signal paths, as well as the vibration resistant construction, ensure a clear audio and video signal. Adding to the superior sound quality approach, all digital music files can be sent through the built-in Compressed Audio Restorer.
The system's five-channel discrete power amplifier is ideally suited for the SYS-1312 speaker package, which comprises five compact speakers all featuring a beautiful piano black finish. Completing the audio experience, the matching subwoofer delivers powerful and deep bass. Demanding home cinema newcomers will be thrilled by the surround sound playback.
