The Most Advanced Memory Card Available, It Offers the Highest Transfer Speeds
and Greatest Flexibility Yet

Diamond Bar, CA – June 20, 2005 – Advanced Media, Inc., manufacturer and marketer of the popular RIDATA brand of recordable CD and DVD media, electronic storage products, and digital media accessories, has added an ultra-portable MMCmobile flash card to its RIDATA brand of flash-memory products. The reduced-size MultiMediaCard is specifically designed to meet the performance, capacity, ruggedness, and small form factor requirements of sophisticated portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, PDAs, and games. Advanced Media is one of the first companies in the U.S. to offer the energy-efficient, cost-effective MMCmobile card.

“Our new MMCmobile removable memory card is the perfect storage medium for any application requiring high mobility and/or high reliability,” commented Harvey Liu, Advanced Media Inc. president. “Based on an advanced interface, it enables excellent and remarkably fast data transfer. Users of newer model mobile phones and small hand-held electronic devices will find it perfect for their needs, as it easily stores media-rich content.”

The rewriteable RIDATA MMCmobile flash card offers the highest data transfer rate of any existing memory card standard currently available. The rate is nearly a 20x increase from previous standards. It features three data bus width modes (1-bit, 4-bit, and 8-bit) to support more data-intense devices such as mobile phones and digital cameras.

The new Advanced Media card also supports dual-voltage operation of both 1.8V and 3/3.3V. This is important for users of the next generation of mobile phones and small consumer electronic devices _ such as PDAs and games _ that require lower power consumption. The card is non-volatile, meaning it does not require power to retain data stored on it.

Other features include very low power consumption; 128 MB and 256 MB capacities; and full, backward compatibility with previous MultiMediaCards. The RIDATA MMCmobile flash card may be used with virtually any product using flash memory and manufactured by major consumer electronics firms from around the world. It meets all MultiMediaCard system specifications.

The RIDATA MMCmobile flash card is now available through selected retailers, RIDATA distributors, and at various online outlets. It features popular pricing for a wide variety of quantities.

Advanced Media offers a wide selection of flash memory products, including CompactFlash, SmartMedia, MultiMediaCard, SecureDigital, CompactFlash PRO, MultiMediaCard PRO, reduced-size MultiMediaCard PRO, Secure Digital PRO, and mini Secure Digital PRO cards; a flash memory card adapter; a USB card reader; and a thumb-size USB EZ drive
