From all day comfort to multiple wearing styles, the Passport 21 single-wire binaural headset and the VXi Tria convertible headset offer something for everyone

VXi Corporation, a leading provider of noise-canceling professional grade headsets, announces the addition of two new offerings for the contact center and office markets. With VXi’s focus on superior audio quality and all-day wearing comfort, the Passport 21 and the VXi Tria headsets are positioned to provide excellent value to contact centers in today’s challenging economic climate.

The Passport 21 is a single-wire binaural headset that expands VXi’s Passport line of headsets, which have become a standard in many leading contact centers in the United States and worldwide.

The VXi Tria is an extremely lightweight and stylish convertible headset that offers three popular wearing styles: over-the-ear, behind-the-neck and over-the-head.

Both the Passport 21 and the VXi Tria headsets feature a noise-canceling microphone that filters out unwanted background noise, providing a more rewarding customer experience. The lightweight yet durable design ensures all-day comfort, and the adjustable gooseneck microphone boom confirms consistent and proper microphone placement. Both headsets come with a 2-year warranty program.

“The Passport 21 and VXi Tria headsets are a natural addition to VXi’s headset line,” said Mike Ferguson, President & CEO, VXi Corporation. “Both of these headsets build upon the company’s focus to provide high quality audio products that deliver excellent value to the market. In the coming months, VXi will continue to build our portfolio by introducing new and exciting products for contact centers, professional offices and personal mobile markets.”

Priced at $110 for the Passport 21 and $80 for the VXi Tria, the headsets are available in quick disconnect versions compatible with VXi, Plantronics and GN Netcom brand cords and amplifiers.
