Stylish & Functional

Samsung just introduced Galaxy Buds Live, true wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation (ANC). They arrive in a new ergonomic design and new colors compared to the prior Galaxy Buds+ which didn’t have ANC. Galaxy Buds Live come with three microphones and a Voice Pickup Unit, plus touch controls, multiple device connectivity and Bixby voice wake-up. They’ll even work with iPhone (iOS 10+).

Sound quality is improved thanks to a larger, AKG designed, 12mm speaker driver along with a bass duct for deeper sounds. Battery life is respectable at 5.5 hours with ANC and Bixby wake-up on. That’s a few hours less than Buds+ due to the extra power drain. However, the included charging case provides two additional recharges. Just five minutes in the case enables an extra hour of use.

When making calls, Galaxy Buds Live come with three microphones and a Voice Pickup Unit that senses when your jaw is moving. As your jaw vibrates this data is converted into voice signals that enhances your sound quality—even in a noisy place.

When listening, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is able to cut background noise by up to 97% in the low frequency bands. Touch controls let you toggle the desired setting. Meanwhile its ergonomic design is snug yet non-intrusive with two wing tip sizes for a better fit.
