MUSICGIANTS SIGNS 500th DEALER PARTNER

Compatibility with Leading Music Servers Drives Dealer Network Growth

INCLINE VILLAGE, NV; November 13, 2006 — MusicGiants, the leader in HD music downloads, today announced the company has signed its 500th dealer, King Systems of Denver, Colorado as part of its “Party Like a Rock Star” program. MusicGiants’ dealers party like rock stars because they get paid like them, generating recurring revenues every time a customer purchases HD music.

“The number of MusicGiants’ dealers has expanded at a tremendous rate, particularly because of integration with leading hardware manufacturers,” said Scott Bahneman, CEO, MusicGiants. “Access to MusicGiants is becoming ubiquitous because we are working with recognized systems manufacturers who already have terrific relationships with dealers, and consumer brand recognition.

Crestron, Niveus Media, Imerge, Audio Design Associates (ADA), Inteset and Xperinet have agreements to provide turnkey access to MusicGiants’ premium content through their high performance entertainment systems. This makes it very attractive for dealers to join MusicGiants, enabling them to generate recurring revenues across a wide range of systems.

MusicGiants provides the highest sound quality music downloads available, primarily targeting the home market. The value of this high sound quality music to consumers is a key point of attraction for systems makers.

“Including MusicGiants in the box really helps us sell Crestron’s already exceptional equipment,” said David King, president, King Systems. “We’ve seen an increase in sales because of the added value of MusicGiants.”

King Systems was founded to deliver a quality, affordable solution that brings together today’s technologies for the residential and commercial markets. The company delivers a custom solution designed with the future in mind by integrating technologies and services for today’s homeowner and developer. King systems provides turnkey solutions that allow builders to deliver a complete package that addresses traditional telephone and cable services, high speed internet and connectivity, home theater, whole-house audio, paging and intercom systems, phone systems, and user friendly control.
