Monster Announces DNA One and Max Portable Bluetooth Speakers

It might not feel like summer quite yet, but the waterproof Monster DNA Bluetooth Loudspeakers are portable, affordable, and ready for the beach.

Monster DNA Max Portable Bluetooth Speaker

Monster has pivoted in recent years away from cables and directed more of its focus to accessories and portable audio components. The Bluetooth loudspeaker category has become a royal rumble with a few dozen brands battling it out in the ring for this very lucrative segment of the market. The new Monster DNA One and DNA Max have been announced and are available for purchase.

The can both (not at the same time, of course) easily fit in your hand, purse, backpack, carry-on, and more. A wrist strap is included with both speakers.

Tip: You can wirelessly connect up to 2 smartphones or tablets using Bluetooth/NFC.

Built-in ECM Microphone: This provides support for hands-free phone and conference calls.

Sound Quality: The DNA speakers have an almost flat response across their stated frequency range (90-20kHz).

Omnidirectional Sound: The DNA speakers incorporate four evenly distributed speakers (two drivers, and two passive radiators). This allows the speakers to be placed anywhere in a room and direct the same soundfield to listeners no matter their listening position.
