Lenovo today announced the new YOGA 3 Pro, an ultra slim convertible laptop that also functions as a tablet. The new 13-inch multimode ultrabook is dramatically thinner and lighter than its predecessors and integrates a new watchband hinge design. Plus, it’s fully loaded with top-of-the-line technologies including QHD+ screen, latest Intel Core M processor, JBL audio, up to 512 GB SSD, 802.11 a/c WiFi, along with a claim of nine hours of battery life.
The eye-catching six hinge design upgrades from previous two focus-point models, so users can enjoy an even thinner and lighter machine. YOGA 3 Pro also features Harmony, new adaptive software that provides users a new way to discover apps in each mode (Laptop, Stand, Tent and Tablet) and allows users to customize settings for their favorite apps.

Harmony gives YOGA owners a new way to discover applications and customize how they behave when used. For example, when reading an e-book, Harmony will automatically change the brightness and color temperature according to the environment lighting. When using presentation software, Harmony can enable motion control or touch depending on the mode, or when watching video it can optimize the audio settings. Harmony can recognize and optimize the experience with more than 50 of the most popular applications.
Finally, the YOGA 3 Pro integrates premium JBL speakers with Waves Audio, which automatically adjusts the audio in each of the four modes so that when the speakers are not facing the user, the audio still sounds crisp and clear.
