Provides Complete Touchscreen Customization and Ability to Control TV and Entertainment Components from an HAI Touchscreen
HAI, leading manufacturer of integrated automation and security products since 1985, has announced that it is expanding the Home Entertainment and Convenient Interface product lines to include HAI Automation Studio (HAI Product number 1126). HAI Automation Studio is a comprehensive software tool primarily used to design custom OmniTouch Portable and OmniTouch 5.7e Touchscreen interfaces.
With HAI Automation Studio there is no need to learn a difficult computer programming language. It is a drag and drop / “WYSIWYG” program that opens up HAI to your unlimited creativity. The OmniTouch Portable and OmniTouch 5.7e will ship fully functional out of the box. Dealers will now be able to design interfaces entirely from scratch or simply adapt portions of the pre-designed template.
Effortless adjustments include the removal of unnecessary buttons or the modification of font styles, font sizes, colors, and much more. To ensure that users without graphic design knowledge can create custom Touchscreens, HAI includes an expansive Image Gallery of buttons with various colors and sizes.
For those wishing to fully customize HAI Touchscreens, HAI Automation Studio facilitates the addition of complete floor plans, creation of pages specific to a room, custom graphics such as icons and buttons, personal images for backgrounds, dealer logos, and more. The default design also lends itself to foreign language support for international markets.
This software program is more than just a powerful interface design tool. Automation Studio also supports HAI’s new Home Theater Extender which allows Touchscreen control of your complete home theater, TV and other entertainment components. Automation Studio gives you the power to configure buttons that coordinate both HAI automation functions and IR controls. The HAI IR database includes over 300,000 IR codes with the ability to “learn-in” any additional codes.
HAI Automation Studio can also set up IP cameras to communicate directly with the Touchscreen to provide live continual surveillance video feeds.
