AVAD Enters Into Distribution Agreement with Niveus Media

AVAD Adds Dynamic Media Server Solutions Provider to Growing Roster of Home Entertainment Products

Van Nuys, Calif. — June 19, 2006 — AVAD, LLC, America’s leading distributor of custom home electronics products, today announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with Niveus Media, Inc., a rapidly expanding software and systems provider, specializing in media entertainment devices for the consumer electronics market.

The agreement is a result of Niveus Media’s desire to expand its reach within the fast-growing custom installation market, which AVAD can provide thanks to the distributor’s network of 9,000 custom integrators. No other national distributor carries Niveus Media’s leading-edge media server and storage devices.
