American Power Conversion (APC) has announced its selection of In Tandem Canada as distributor for the APC AV line of power protection products in the Canadian marketplace.

Based in Guelph, Ontario, In Tandem Canada is a leading Canadian distributor, rep firm and national sales agency for manufacturers of more than 20 leading brands of audio/video products. It will distribute APC’s line of power conditioners for audio/video systems and Home Theaters, components meticulously engineered to provide surge protection, filtering and voltage regulation.

“We’re very excited to be offering APC AV products in our line up, and are looking forward to APC’s upcoming new products,” said Dale Mackintosh, Vice President & Chief Operation Officer for ITC. “APC is an industry leader which, like In Tandem Canada, offers a tremendous dealer program along with the support our dealers have learned to expect.”

APC’s AV line includes H and S Type Power Conditioners. The H10 and H15 Power Conditioners provide A/V systems with premium surge protection, noise filtering, and voltage regulation to guarantee their performance against damaging surges and spikes, while eliminating power as a source of audio-video signal degradation.

The S10, S15 and SBATT Power Conditioners provide premium surge protection, noise filtering, and voltage regulation to guarantee protection for high-performance A/V and Home Theater systems. They also offer battery backup power to prevent interruptions, lost DVR/multi-media server data, lost pre-sets, and premature wear and tear on video projector bulbs when the power goes out.

APC’s products exceed industry safety and performance standards, and are legendary for reliability. Millions of users around the world depend on APC every day to protect their data centers, networks, computers and home electronics.
