Yahoo!-branded Diamond Home Theater Systems and DVD Players are Available
SAN DIEGO, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ — One Diamond Electronics, Inc. Through an agreement with Yahoo! to license the Yahoo! name, Diamond Electronics will manufacture, distribute and market these Yahoo!-branded products in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Diamond Electronics today introduced five Yahoo!-branded consumer electronics products: two home theater systems and three standard DVD players. These new products are now available online at http://www.intreo.com.

According to Kent Dickerson, Diamond Electronics’ vice president of sales and marketing, the company has identified three market segments for the Yahoo!-branded consumer electronics products it will begin marketing this fall. “Yahoo!-branded products targeting the Millennial market will focus on young and hip 18- to 28-year-old customers,” Dickerson said. “For the Prosumer market, Diamond Electronics will focus on 25- to 45-year-old professionals. Naturally, Yahoo! consumer electronics for the General Market will be designed for consumers in all demographic groups.”

YHT-630 Home Theater System:
With a suggested retail price of $199, the YHT-630 is a compact, 210-watt Home Theater System. The easy on-screen set-up menu delivers all the benefits of progressive scan DVD video, complemented with advanced audio technology. Digital amplification and DivX(R) certification provide amazing performance. The YHT-630 offers unusually polished styling at its modest price point and plays DVD-, DVD-R-, DVD-RW-, CD-R-, CD-RW-, MP3-, JPEG-, Kodak playback- and DivX(R)-media.
YHT-650 Home Theater System:
