Tripp Lite’s Backup Power Block is Honored with 2008 Mark of Excellence Award

Chicago, IL (April 1, 2008) — The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced that Tripp Lite has won a 2008 Mark of Excellence Award, presented by CEA’s TechHome Division. CEA’s Mark of Excellence Awards honored Tripp Lite’s AV550SC Backup Power Block for outstanding achievement and innovation in trend-setting custom home electronics. The AV550SC was recognized as “Best Structured Wiring Product.” Award entries were reviewed by a panel of industry experts and submitted in two categories: Supplier and Systems Integrators.
