TiVo Series2 Dual Tuner DVR Now Available

TiVo and TiVo KidZone Seen as Perfect Complement to RadioShack’s New In-Store Inventory Strategy

TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO), the creator of and a leader in television services for digital video recorders (DVR), and RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) today announced the availability of the new TiVoA Series2a¢ Dual Tuner (DT) DVR and TiVo Wireless G Adapter in more than 3,000 RadioShack stores nationwide and online at The agreement between the consumer electronics retailer and TiVo substantially increases the number of conveniently located neighborhood store-fronts offering standalone TiVo DVRs.

The TiVo Series2 DT DVR is ideal for analog cable homes, allowing people to record two shows at once, and comes fully equipped with a number of unique services, including the recently launched TiVo KidZone feature. Through groundbreaking partnerships with leading parenting and family groups, including Common Sense Media, Parents’ Choice Foundation, and Parents Television Council, TiVo KidZone gives parents the tools they need to assure only quality television shows are on when their children watch.

Now available in 3,000 RadioShack stores across the country, TiVo and TiVo KidZone are featured along with the TiVo Wireless G Adapter, which makes connecting a TiVo box to a wireless network easy. Hamilton said RadioShack’s new in-store assortment will enable its unmatched network of knowledgeable and helpful sales associates to explain how TiVo can be the centerpiece of a complete in-home audio and video solution when combined with such devices as flat screen LCD TVs, networking devices, Apple iPod and other compatible portable media players.

Exclusive TiVo service features available on the TiVo Series2 DT DVR include:
