Sennheiser VMX Office Bluetooth Headset Receives 2008 Product of the Year Award

Sennheiser announces the VMX Office Bluetooth wireless headset has received a 2008 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC) Customer Interaction Solutions magazine, the leading publication covering CRM, call centers and teleservices since 1982.

The VMX Office from Sennheiser Communications offers unparalleled multi-connectivity options. Because it connects wirelessly via a base station to landline phones and computers in addition to Bluetooth-equipped mobile phones, it is the only headset a professional needs, even if much of the working day is spent on the move. The VMX Office also boasts incredibly flexible wireless range and long-lasting wearing comfort.

“The VMX Office is a versatile solution for the traveling professional who must divide their time between the office and the road, as it connects with all of the business communications applications they rely on,” said Eric Stubbert, industry team manager for the consumer electronics and telecommunications divisions at Sennheiser Electronic Corporation. “We’re pleased that Customer Interaction Solutions has named it Product of the Year.”

“I am pleased to honor Sennheiser for their hard work and accomplishments. Their commitment to quality and excellence benefit the contact center experience as well as ROI for the companies that use them,” said Nadji Tehrani, executive group publisher and editor-in-chief of Customer Interaction Solutions. “For 11 years, Customer Interaction Solutions magazine has recognized the companies which demonstrate excellence in technological advancement and application refinements.

The 11th Annual Product of the Year Award winners will be featured in the January 2009 issue of Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.
