Go Back to School in Style with Norcents 20 VION Widescreen LCD Television

Play Video Games, Watch TV or Use it as a Computer Monitor

San Dimas, Calif. — September 18, 2006 — Norcent, a marketer of high-quality home entertainment products, adds the LT -2090WPL and LT-2090WBK to the list of the coolest, must-have technology products available for this back-to-school season. Norcent’s popular VION (pronounced Vee-ohn) collection of LCD and Plasma televisions were styled by a renowned international design firm specifically for Norcent.

Today’s students at most colleges and universities have dorm rooms wired for Internet and cable access. To take advantage of the easy accessibility and to conserve space, the LT-2090 can be used as a television or computer monitor, making it ideal to see detailed graphics and other educational material in addition to entertainment content. The SRS audio enhancement can be used to clearly play back lectures, MP3 files and more.

“This fall’s group of over two million new college students face a whole new world of options for high tech back-to-school shopping. Our 20″ VION TV allows students to have a stylish, high quality television that doubles as a PC monitor and is also an essential element in the interior design of the dorm room,” stated Jennifer Long, Norcent CEO. “We have combined exceptional design with great functionality including an 8ms refresh rate and high definition for gamers as well as fine detail for discriminating viewers.”

Available in black or pearl white, the LT-2090 has a bright, high definition panel that will display crisp clear HD content with the addition of an HDTV tuner. The panel resolution is 1366 X 768 with a 16:9 aspect ratio, built-in NTSC tuner; high contrast ratio of 1000:1; and a brightness level of at least 500 Cd/m. Composite, Component, S-video, and PC inputs add to its versatility and multi-media functionality.

Other features include wall mounting capability (wall mount not included); V-Chip technology; parental control; sleep timer; and three on-screen menu languages. The estimated street price is $469.99. Norcent’s LT-2090 LCD TV’s will be available through the soon to be launched Norcent website e-store as well as leading online sites and retail outlets nationwide.
