OmniMount Partners with AVAD to Distribute

As of January 4, 2006, OmniMount will have Access to
AVAD’s Impressive Nationwide Distribution Network

Phoenix, Ariz. — OmniMount Systems is pleased to announce that as of January 4, 2006, it will partner with AVAD (Van Nuys, Calif.) to distribute its award-winning audio/video mounting and furniture solutions throughout the continental United States. OmniMount will be exhibiting at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (Las Vegas, Nev.) during the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) from Jan. 5-8 where company officials will be available to discuss this new partnership.
