IRVINE, CA (August 21, 2007) — NewTech Infosystems, Inc. announced today the availability of its new NTI Ripper v2 Suite, a complete digital audio management solution for Windows 2000, XP and Vista users. Packed with value and fun, the suite includes NTI Ripper v2, the ultimate in ripping technology; NTI Burner, NTI’s world-class burning engine technology; and NTI Digital Jack a personal DJ with a library of popular playback preferences. From August 21, 2007 through September 23, 2007, NTI Ripper Suite will be available for the special launch price of US$19.99. Following the launch, the MSRP will be US$29.99
NTI Ripper v2 has all of the features that have made the original version so popular with music enthusiasts, including the ability to carry out on-the-fly batch conversions of audio file formats on the user’s hard drive. With Ripper, there’s no need to manually name files. File Composer will automatically name the audio files by artist, song title, track number, and album name. In addition to supporting all the popular audio formats — .MP3, .WMA, .WAV and OGG, NTI Ripper can be used to automatically rip and name an entire Audio CD to virtually any attached storage device, including portable MP3 players, flash media, fixed and removable hard drives, NAS devices, as well as U3 smart drives.
NTI Burner provides instant, one-button burning of MP3 CDs, WMA CDs, and Audio CDs that can be enjoyed in a car or with a home stereo. Unlike most programs that only offer a fixed bit rate, NTI Burner allows users to control the burn quality of MP3 and WMA CDs with selectable bit rates. The bit rate can be adjusted from 64 kb per second up to 320 kb per second simply by turning a dial. The Burner will then automatically convert the files to the correct bit rate and format prior to making an MP3 or WMA CD.
With a click of the mouse, users can now archive and protect their entire music library or create multiple copies for sharing with friends and family. NTI Burner also supports CD Text for players that display song and artist name information. Professional-style, DJ sound transitions like the Crossfade feature can be selected to smoothly fade out the end of one song and fade in the beginning of the next song. In addition, with NTI Burner’s Volume Normalization option, users can customize the balance to keep playback sound levels consistent across multiple songs.
NTI Digital Jack is a personal DJ for playing and listening to digital music files from a PC. Intuitive and fun to use, it offers a wide assortment of playback features including Shuffle and preset Equalization options such as Jazz, Classical, Hip-hop, and more. Like NTI Burner, NTI Digital Jack includes Crossfade and Volume Normalization features to enhance the listening experience.
The NTI Ripper Suite is equipped with an intuitive car stereo user interface that makes it fun and easy to control the rich assortment of digital music management, listening, and burning functions. Simple mouse-over navigation delivers instant information. Then, users simply drag and drop their digital music files to the layout to rip, play, or burn. Users can customize the stereo’s look by selecting from ten display colors and 3 skin designs.
