MusicGiants MediaStore Available for Imerge XiVA Servers

Installers of Imerge Servers Gain a New Source of Revenue

INCLINE VILLAGE, NV; September 7, 2006…MusicGiants, the leader in HD music downloads, today announced it has reached an agreement with Imerge of the United Kingdom to include MusicGiants’ MediaStore in the XiVA server line from Imerge.

“Imerge is a recognized leader in Internet-connected, hard disk-based audio products and media appliances,” said Scott Bahneman, CEO, MusicGiants. “It’s a terrific benefit for Imerge customers to have easy access to HD music from their favorite artists.”

Customers of Imerge’s new XiVA3 software platform will be able to browse MusicGiants’ entire collection of high definition content and purchase it directly through Imerge XiVA servers. The content is then automatically downloaded onto the server, where it is seamlessly integrated into a home entertainment system.

“MusicGiants enables installers of our XiVA servers to realize ongoing revenue as their customers purchase high definition music,” said Dr. Bruce Macaulay, CEO, Imerge. “Installers of Imerge servers will appreciate the opportunity to bring added value to their customers.”

Imerge’s market-leading core technology (XiVA) is licensed extensively to household name brand manufacturers including Crestron, ELAN, Speakercraft, Niles, Revox, Xantech and Marantz, in addition to software and service providers.

Imerge was created to build partnerships and licensing arrangements operating as an extension to partner teams and as a third-party developer of CE media appliance products.

Imerge also sells MediaServer source equipment world wide under its own brand name.
