Meridian Featured on Hometime With Dean Johnson

Austell, Georgia…March 2007…Meridian America is pleased to announce their appearance on Dean Johnson’s Hometime. Celebrating its 21st season, the long running home improvement show will tackle Home Theater in episode #2109, scheduled to air on April 14th on PBS. During the show Ken Forsythe, Sales Specialist for Meridian America, talks to Dean about setting up the G68 Surround Controller.

“It’s always a great opportunity to talk directly to consumers,” says Ken Forsythe, Sales Specialist for Meridian. “Television is such an important medium because we can walk a consumer through the product set-up and functionality. It’s one thing to read about Meridian in print, but to see it in action, really brings the technology to life. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Dean and the Hometime crew and are grateful to have been given the opportunity.”

Meridian’s award-winning G68 Surround Controller is featured on this episode as the centerpiece of the a/v system. The G68 is a superb blend of form and function -it is a powerful, flexible surround controller with an AM/FM tuner built-in with multiple configurations to suit a wide range of applications. One of the many distinguishing features on the G68 is Meridian’s proprietary Room Correction software. This system counteracts room resonances for outstanding real-world sound, eliminating “muddiness” and dramatically improving stereo and surround imaging.
