New User-Friendly Reference Roadmap Lists Specialized Services Designed to Keep Customers Competitive and Profitable

Liberty Wire & Cable, worldwide supplier of a broad range of wire and cable products for the audio/video trade, including custom installers and systems integrators, has published The Liberty Advantage, a full-color guide to the dozens of product categories and services it offers, at InfoComm International 2009, the annual convention of the International Communications Industries Association.

The Liberty Advantage itemizes the industry’s broadest selection of product categories and specialized services in an accessible, easy-to-use format. It serves as a quick-reference guide to 18 major classes of wire and cable products among Liberty’s more than 7,000 SKU’s, and to its dozens of highly specialized services.

“Liberty’s focus on services is a huge differentiator in the marketplace as no other supplier provides such a depth of service, selection, and value to keep businesses competitive,” said Liberty president John Dace. The services outline Liberty’s means of providing individualized attention at every level of customer support, including accounting, custom installation, product and advanced product selection, project solutions, inventory management, and harnessing the Internet.

“Whether you’re a large or a growing organization, The Liberty Advantage will help your business with personalized attention at every step of your operation,” said Kirk Horlbeck, Senior Vice President of Marketing.

The compact guide is packed with vital information showing how Liberty’s unparalleled array of services, tailored to the needs of its customers, emphasize performance, selection and value to help them reduce costs, maintain margins and keep their businesses both competitive and profitable.

Free copies of The Liberty Advantage can be obtained at Booth 5641, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, during the show.
