J&R Music and Computer World To Sell ParkerVision SignalMAX Wireless Networking Products

JACKSONVILLE, FL November 3, 2004 — ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq NMS: PRKR), announced today that J&R Music and Computer World will sell ParkerVision’s SignalMAXO wireless networking products. SignalMAX products are compatible with all 802.11b/g networks and are guaranteed to improve distance and eliminate “dead-zones” even when used with other manufacturers’ gear. The company guarantees coverage of an entire home without the need or cost of repeaters, boosters, or special high-gain antennas. When SignalMAX notebook or desktop cards are utilized with SignalMAX routers, one-mile open field distance performance is achieved. SignalMAX products are based on ParkerVision’s proprietary Direct2DataO (D2DO) wireless RF technology.

“As we began using the ParkerVision equipment, we were able to reach places we simply could not with other wireless solutions”, said Rachelle Friedman, President and Co-CEO of J&R Music and Computer World. “This Wi-Fi router can go where no other routers have gone before.”

“ParkerVision’s SignalMAX brand of wireless networking products will provide a great solution for all of J&R’s customers that want to stay connected without having to slow down,” said Jeffery L. Parker, Chairman, and CEO of ParkerVision. “Our products guarantee longer distances, less interference, lower power consumption and higher performance than any of the top selling brands.”
