Houston Based Computer Company Releases 3 High End Windows Media Center PCs

Cannon PC, a Texas-based company specializing in Media Center PCs, release three high end living room style Media Center PCs. They are specifically designed for home theater, home automation and gaming enthusiasts. All three systems are built on Microsoft Media Center software powered by Intel Pentium processors. Each system is loaded with features such as HDTV tuners, Fire wire 800, wireless access, 8 channel HD audio and hot swappable hard drives.

(PRWEB) July 9, 2005 — Houston Texas-based company, Cannon PC, LP, released three high end Windows Media Center PCs this week. The company specializes only in Media Center PCs and accessories and all their systems are designed for home theater, home automation and gaming enthusiasts in mind.

All three units are powered by Intel Pentium technology and Microsoft Media Center 2005 and are available in brushed black or silver anodized aluminum living room style cases. All units are built on Microsoft certified hardware for optimal stability and performance. A key feature in each of the units is dual drives, one for the operating system and one for the data storage such as movies, recorded TV, and music. The data storage driveis a hot swappable SATA 150 drive.

Each unit also contains a 12 in 1 front access media card reader, dual analog TV tuners, HDTV tuner (optional on MC-1000), dual layer DVD/CD writer, FM Radio, front panel led display, 802.11g/b wireless network connection, dual gigabit LAN connections, fire wire 800 and fire wire 400, 7 USB 2.0 ports, 8 channel 192KHz/24 bit HD audio. All these features are packaged in a sleek living room style case that is whisper quiet.

Any of the systems are completely customizable to user specifications through the easy to navigate web site and all purchases are protected by the Authorzie.Net approved secure shopping cart. Prices start at $2299 for the introductory MC-1000 model and range up to $3,799 for the ultimate MC-3000 model. The company offers a unique purchasing reward system that allows customers to earn points on each purchase. These points are redeemable on future purchases and they never expire.
