Gibson Guitar Rocks CES with Vast Array of New Products and Live Entertainment Daily
The Musical Instrument Giant Will Debut New Consumer Electronics Accessories, Wurlitzer Jukeboxes, Take Anywhere Technology and the new HD.6X Pro Guitar System at Booth CP1
Nashville, Tennessee…December 29, 2006…Gibson Guitar, the world’s premier musical instrument manufacturer and leader in music technology will exhibit a host of new products at this year’s CES show in Las Vegas, January 8-11, 2007 at booth CP1 (Central Plaza 1). Along with the exhibits, guests can expect daily entertainment by some of the world’s best known musicians as well as surprise celebrity sightings.
The Gibson Guitar booth will exhibit several new Wurlitzer Jukeboxes including the popular One More Time model and the new Peacock and Princess models. Daily demonstrations of the new HD.6X Pro Guitar System will be provided along with a special Happy Hour each day. Gibson will launch a series of consumer electronics products including signature series flash drives, external USB hard drives, USB and HDMI cables, External USB triple format DVD recorders, digital audio cables, 10 and 4 outlet surge protectors and DVD-R and CD-R media all under the Gibson banner name. Take Anywhere Technology will be introduced for the very first time with special on-site reviews to take place inside the booth.
The Gibson booth has become known as the best place to hang out with musical celebrities and enjoy free live performances. This year, legendary Brian Wilson will perform for a one-night special CES performance. Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will put on a free concert Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Latin superstar Arthur Hanlon will offer afternoon performances. Special surprise celebrities are being scheduled throughout each day.
