Dialogic Corporation Receives Frost & Sullivan 2007 Global Excellence Award

Dialogic Recognized for Excellence in the Global Enabling Technology Market

Parsippany, N.J. July 25, 2007– Dialogic Corporation (“Dialogic”), a global leader in providing world-class products and technologies for media and signaling processing, announced today that it is the recipient of the 2007 Frost & Sullivan Market Global Excellence Award. Frost & Sullivan, a global growth consulting company, has presented this award to Dialogic in honor of its accomplishments in the global enabling technology market. These accomplishments include Dialogic’s continued market segment share leadership in media processing technologies and its successful diversification of its product line to tap new market segments. Some examples include the introduction of commercial AdvancedTCA (ATCA) and enterprise media gateway solutions.

Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards recognize companies in a variety of regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development. Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research in order to identify best practices in the industry.

“Dialogic has been able to withstand competition through a combination of a strong focus on technology innovation and portfolio enhancement and an unwavering attention to evolving customer needs,” said Elka Popova, Global Program Director, Frost & Sullivan. “The company has also aligned its organizational structure, corporate values and global strategy to support its growth plans. With its diverse product portfolio, strong brand reputation and solid ties with channel partners and solution developers, Dialogic is well-positioned to continue to lead in the media processing and signaling technology markets.”

The Global Excellence Award is a reflection of Dialogic’s technology and product innovation. In the host media processing (HMP) segment, Dialogic HMP software was the first standalone software product commercially available. According to Frost & Sullivan, Dialogic is likely to continue to be the vendor of choice in this market segment despite the introduction of HMP products by other vendors. By implementing common APIs across product lines, Dialogic provides its customers with a consistent and familiar experience and investment protection.

According to Frost & Sullivan, Dialogic is well positioned in the AdvancedTCA market as one of the first vendors to introduce a commercial ATCA-based solution for carriers looking for enhanced functionality. Dialogic also stands to benefit by being one of the few standalone, standards-based gateway vendors. Dialogic has introduced a portfolio of enterprise media gateways that helped enterprises to connect IP technology with legacy infrastructures. The company also continues to lead the telecom board business due to its ability to deliver reliable and scalable boards.

“This award validates our strong foothold in the enabling technology market, as well as a continued path of market leadership,” said Nick Jensen, CEO of Dialogic. “We recognize the importance of converged communications and are focused on providing service providers, developers and enterprises with solutions that bridge TDM and IP technologies.”
