Strategic Partnership with Noted Audio and Music Industries Exec
Adds Depth to Design and Innovation Studio’s New Product Development

PARK CITY, UT, Feb. 21, 2008 — David Wiener Ventures (DWV), an internationally acclaimed design house developing exclusive products under the DWV and Ferrari brands, has announced the appointment of Robin Sibucao as Managing Partner. Mr. Sibucao, a highly respected figure in the audio and music industries, will join DWV Founder and CEO David Wiener in managing the company’s executive and creative teams.

The new strategic partnership of David Wiener and Robin Sibucao creates a powerful product and marketing team to lead DWV’s innovations into the future. Mr. Wiener is a creative visionary in areas spanning aircraft to fashion. Mr. Sibucao, who has served as an active consultant to DWV for the past two years, was responsible for the rapid growth of PlayNetwork, Inc. as its Chief Operating Officer, and previously served as Director of Sales for Bose Corp.’s Professional Products Division. Together, Mr. Wiener and Mr. Sibucao bring new levels of creativity and entrepreneurship to DWV’s product creation and international business.

“We’re very pleased to have Robin join us as Managing Partner,” said Mr. Wiener. “Robin, myself and the DWV team have developed an extraordinary working association during his service as a consultant. Robin’s new appointment creates an even more powerful team within DWV, and strengthens our ability to develop a continuing series of exciting products and technologies.”

As COO of PlayNetwork, Mr. Sibucao built a start-up into a multi-million dollar competitor in the commercial music business that included among its clients Starbucks Coffee, which also markets music CDs to the consumer mass market. At Bose, Mr. Sibucao was responsible for all sales in North America for the commercial audio division, managing a significant portfolio of clients that included the Super Dome, Staples’ Arena, Madison Square Garden, Universal Theme Parks, Brinker International, Outback Steakhouses, Crate and Barrel, GM Place, and Chili’s Restaurants.

Mr. Sibucao has also often served as a keynote speaker at industry forums, and as a guest speaker on the importance of quality audio. His roots in the music and sound industry were established years earlier as a touring guitarist and recording artist.

DWV’s most recent achievement is the Ferrari Art.Engine, a Ferrari-licensed wireless, two-channel, high-fidelity music system featuring high-performance audio’s most radical new freestanding design. Created from the ground up in an exclusive limited edition of only 1,000 as both a tribute to Ferrari and a high-performance system, the Art.Engine is ideal for use at home, in an office, at a club, or on a private jet or yacht. Its elegant aesthetic and audio sophistication set new standards in music reproduction and visually dynamic design.
