The Thinstall Series MTTU Universal Tilt Wall Mount, the only tilt mount designed specifically for ultra-thin TVs, collapses to 0.75″ (19 mm) to maintain the extreme low profile of ultra-thin flat panel TVs while offering 12º of smooth, fingertip tilt and supporting up to 100 lbs (45.4 kg). The MSTU Universal Fixed Wall Mount collapses to 0.39″ (10 mm), less than the width of a penny!
To maximize the impact of ultra-thin TV technology and aesthetics, the mount has to be as thin as possible. Chief developed the Thinstall Series specifically to create a seamless and clean installation for these TVs, while still providing easy installation for the professional installer, and a finish that will please the end user.
Tool-less Latching with Glide Lock
Each Thinstall mount ships with tool-less latching, providing a secure connection with the TV at all times. Whether using the bottom pullout, or the patented tilt feature, Thinstall’s Glide Lock flags ensure the mount is securely engaged with the TV.
Integrated Cable Management
Thinstall contains all of the necessary features to provide easy installation, including hands-free integrated cable management. A specially designed cable stand can be leveraged to hold the TV away from the wall providing extra room to run cables.
To create added space behind Chief’s Thinstall mounts, add a Chief In-Wall Box Accessory to the installation. The In-Wall boxes simplify installation by providing an organized, recessed space behind the mount for routing excess cables and attaching surge protectors or other power accessories. Both powered (PAC521P) and non-powered models (PAC520) are available.
The tilt mounts are designed specifically for and only compatible with new ultra-thin TVs 2″ deep or less. The fixed mounts are compatible with TVs that are 5″ (127 mm) or less.
