AVAD and JVC Professional Products Partner to Expand D-ILA Product Reach

Distribution Agreement to Penetrate Custom Installation Market In Effect

VAN NUYS, CA–May 3, 2006– AVAD LLC, America’s leading distributor of custom home technology products, today announced its partnership with JVC Professional Products Company. This enhanced partnership links JVC Professional Products Company’s D-ILA product line to AVAD’s nationwide network of custom installers allowing the manufacturer to expand its reach within the custom installation market.

This agreement gives AVAD national distribution rights to JVC Professional Products Company’s D-ILA projector product line, including the recently introduced DLA-HD10K and HD-ILA widescreen rear projection pro model TVs such as the HD-P70R1U. AVAD’s distributor network currently sells and services over 8,000 dealers enabling JVC to broaden its reach to the custom installation market nationwide.
