ASI Announces Record-Breaking Year

Deals inked to install home electronics, security and lifestyle systems in more than 7,500 homes across Florida

Boca Raton, FL — August 24, 2006 — ASI, the leading-quality integrator of low-voltage home electronics systems in the Southeast, has announced that 2006 is expected to be a record-breaking sales year, with installations completed or scheduled in more than 7,500 homes throughout Florida. ASI’s expertise extends to all manner of residential electronic systems, from home security and monitoring to intercom technologies and high-end architecturally-integrated home theater systems.

ASI attributes the company’s success to a unique business model of placing experienced home security and entertainment technicians directly in homebuilder design centers and model homes to explain the company’s line up of system components, services and choices to potential buyers, at no cost to the homebuilder.

“Never before has a systems integrator staffed the individual builder/developer’s design center in an effort to better support the design process,” said Mike Lehmann, President of ASI. “By partnering with ASI, the developer/builder is able to offer their customers a more diverse, technologically-advanced package of services. And the builder enjoys a substantial boost in profits.”

By partnering with AVAD, the nation’s leading on-demand distributor of high-end home electronics components, ASI is able to offer builders access to nearly all nationally-known brands, including SAMSUNG, GE, Bose, Marantz and dozens of others, while still passing substantial discounts on to homebuilders. In essence, ASI becomes the homebuilder’s convenient, efficient one-stop shop for all low-voltage residential electronics needs. Meanwhile, because ASI’s teams of full-time technicians understand the interoperability of security and AV equipment, they are able to provide superior expertise compared to going directly to manufacturers.

“We bring the brands together,” says Lehmann, who considers brand access a key factor in ASI becoming the 4th largest electronic systems integrator in Florida.

Currently, ASI is installing or scheduled to install systems in homes in Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Boca Raton and Port St. Lucie and Destin, Florida. Major partner homebuilders include DR Horton, Kolter Communities, Transeastern Homes, Engle Homes, Lennar Homes and GL Homes. Targeted homes are generally priced at $400,000 and up into the millions, in some cases. ASI is serving builders of communities from just 15 homes to major developments with more than 2,300 homes.

About ASI

ASI provides bundled wiring services supporting home security, intercom and entertainment centers to homebuilders and homeowners across Florida. The company’s unique business model enables ASI to dedicate full-time home electronics professionals to home design centers at no expense to the homebuilder. This allows the homebuilder to integrate all low-voltage home electronic systems at the construction stage, increasing home values — and boosting developer profits. 4th in Florida in overall sales, ASI has been named as the #1 quality installer by leading cable manufacturers over the past few years.

ASI offers design consulting and installation support for the following home electronics systems and products: Alarm systems and monitoring; Structured cable systems and networking; Whole-house audio systems; Media/theater rooms; Intercom systems; Telephone systems; Central vacuum systems; LCD/plasma viewing screens; CD/MP3/DVD Management Systems and Complete home control systems.
