To achieve this designation, a company must be accepted into the Genesys validation program and successfully develop and deploy integration software for the Genesys Customer Interaction Management platform. Gvalidated is the highest status for a non-Genesys developed integration.
The NetBorder product suite leverages standard computing platforms to provide smart connectivity for sophisticated telephony applications. The patent-pending NetBorder architecture reduces deployment costs and allows IP Telephony solutions to seamlessly extend their reach to numerous external devices and networks.
