OmniMount continues earth-friendly initiatives and announces additions to its OmniLite flat panel mount line
OmniMount, the leading manufacturer of consumer and commercial A/V mounting and furniture solutions, has announced the expansion of its environmentally-conscious OmniLite Series™ — a flat panel mount line that now includes two cantilever mounts: the OL50C and OL125C. As consumers demand more eco-conscious products, the OmniLite Series, which is made up of five fixed, tilt and cantilever flat panel mounts, provides installers with innovative solutions that are easy to use and environmentally responsible.
The OL50C fits most flat panels from 13 to 32 inches and support up to 50 pounds, while the OL125C fits most flat panels from 23 to 45 inches and support up to 125 pounds. Both single-stud mounts pan, swivel and tilt (-5 to +15 degrees) for maximum viewing flexibility and feature OmniMount’s signature cable management solution and Lift n’ Lock™ technology to enable quick and easy installations for installers.

The OmniLite Series OL50C and OL125C will greatly reduce waste by featuring condensed packaging and streamlined hardware kits. Additionally, manuals and installation templates for each product will be printed on the inside of the box eliminating the need for unnecessary paper. The OmniLite Series will also utilize 100-percent recyclable internal packaging with no plastic bags, post-consumer recyclable outer box material and non-petroleum-based ink for all package printing.
The OL50FT, OL125FT and OL200FT, the original three products in this line that were announced late last year, are engineered specifically to reduce the amount of material by 32 percent while actually increasing each mount’s overall strength — and therefore weight capacity — by 56 percent, in comparison to current competitive models. These flat panel mounts offer fixed and tilt functionality in one slim-profile, efficient form-factor. The OmniLite Series is the perfect flat panel TV mount for custom installation professionals, and their clients, seeking consumer electronics and accessories that complement their “green” homes and lifestyles.
