Niles Builds Staff for Strategic Growth Plans

Feinberg, Johnson, Menendez, Novak and Willis appointed to key leadership positions

MIAMI, FLORIDA — December 11, 2006 — Niles Audio Corporation, The First Name in Custom Installation, announced today that several employees have been promoted and/or hired, fulfilling a company mandate to enhance Niles’ overall product development team and structural organization in preparation for several high-profile product and technology launches, strategic growth plans to be revealed in 2007 and enhanced dealer support and customer service.

Niles dealers will benefit from these changes by seeing the introduction of more innovative and reliable products; in-depth training sessions being held at locations across the United States, improved customer service with quick response times and personalized sales support that caters to the individual needs of each and every customer.

Allison Feinberg, a Niles employee since 1992, has been promoted to the role of Eastern Regional Sales Manager. With 15 years experience in various departments at Niles, including her most recent role as Director of Customer Service, Feinberg is well-versed in the Niles brand, product line and dealer community. In her new post, Feinberg will head the East Coast sales team, acting as the go-to-person for clients looking to do business with the First Name in Custom Installation.

Ken Johnson, a Niles employee since 2000, has been promoted to the role of Product Manager. In his new position, Johnson will be leading new developments, innovations and applications for the company’s award-winning IntelliControl ICS system — always ensuring the product remains application-specific, user and installer friendly and above all, reliable.

Wendy Menendez, a Niles employee since 1998, has been promoted to the role of Customer Service Manager. Prior to her promotion, Menendez managed warehouse operations for Niles. In her new role, Menendez will be continue to manage warehouse operations, but will also handle dealer satisfaction, acting as the one-stop-shop for dealers with customer service needs

Jim Novak, a Niles employee since 2002, has been promoted to the role of Training Manager. In his new role, Novak will visit Niles dealers and installers across the country giving one-on-one, personalized training sessions. Prior to his promotion, Novak was a Product Manager for Niles and Director of Custom Installation for Tweeter, so he is well-versed in the Niles product line and has the experience, knowledge and technical expertise necessary to provide the best training possible of Niles products.

Gerald Willis has been hired as a new Product Manager for Niles, heading up the loudspeaker division of the company. Willis will be tasked with continuing the company’s excellence in speaker design, including the company’s new StageFront Home Theater Solutions and Ceiling Mount loudspeakers. Before coming to Niles, Willis was a Senior Product Specialist at Klipsch, a Systems Designer at Escient Solutions and the owner of a custom installation firm in Indiana.
