NetStreams Hires New Regional Sales Manager

Austin, TX — March 1, 2005 — NetStreams, the leader in IP-based Networked Audio/Video distribution, expanded its team of regional sales managers with the hire of its newest Regional Sales Manager, Kimon Zades. Mr. Zades joins NetStreams after acquiring a successful record of building and energizing sales performance at several domestic and international consumer electronics companies. Zades is one of four new hires in recent months at NetStreams, part of the company’s effort to provide its dealers with comprehensive product, technical, and application support for its DigiLinX Networked Audio and Musica Audio Distribution systems.

“Expanding the NetStreams sales team with the hire of Kimon Zades further elevates our level of dedication in servicing our customers — both AVAD and our custom installers around the country.” said Vice President of Sales, Jim Drummond. “Just as NetStreams’ audio systems were created to directly address the specific needs of custom installers, so is our plan for sales support. We strive to give dealers all the help they need, especially beyond the original sale, to ensure they are able to give their customers with an audio distribution system that takes full advantage of NetStreams’ groundbreaking engineering.”

“It’s thrilling to join a sales team backed by such an innovative company,” Zades said. “IP-based networked audio is the clear solution when it comes to providing true, studio-quality sound throughout a home in a system that is a breeze to operate. Each member of this company has good reason to believe so strongly in the quality of its products, and it’s a pleasure to be part of a team that shares my excitement over leading the future of home audio entertainment.”

Mr. Zades joins NetStreams after nearly five years as the National Accounts Sales Manager at Cummins-Allison Corporation. His professional expertise with consumer electronics comes from nearly a decade as sales manager for Sanyo-Fisher USA, over 11 years managing at Canon USA, and four years with Bang & Olufsen. At NetStreams, Mr. Zades will oversee sales development throughout the upper Midwest for the growing manufacturer, expanding the dealer base, supporting the AVAD distributors, and promoting new applications of NetStreams’ technology.
