MSTAR ANNOUNCES PATENT-PENDING LINE OF
FLAT PANEL DISPLAY MOUNT SYSTEMS

Next Generation of FPD Mounts Revolutionizes the Way You Watch TV
World’s Flattest Universal Mount at .830 Inch to the Wall, Largest Rotation of 360 Degrees,
Largest Tilt at 40 Degrees, & Longest Extension at 37Inches

Phoenix, AZ, July 7, 2004 — Mstar, a leading manufacturer of premium mounting systems, announced today the Mstar line of patent-pending universal flat panel display (FPD) mounting systems. With its new line of FPD mounts, Mstar revolutionizes the way TV is watched with the flattest, largest tilts, and largest extending mounts available on the market, along with its style and simple 3 step installation.

Unlike competitors that use large bulky plates and big arms, the Mstar universal line of mounts are slim, sleek and clean looking, with no large wall mounting panels. The Mstar line works with all displays, easily handling displays up to 63-inches and 200 lbs. in weight. The Mstar mounts are installed virtually flat with only a miniscule .830 inch distance between the screen and the wall. Mstar’s easy 3-step installation achieves quick results and the unique patented anti-sway and tilt lock box mechanisms provide worry-free light-weight fingertip control adjustment and are guaranteed for a lifetime.

“We designed our systems with the user, decorator, and installer in mind,” said Dale Fedewa, President Mstar. “Our sleek, soft tubular design will blend into any decor — no large panels or brackets to distract your view. Our systems are designed to hide behind the display. In fact, you will love what you can’t see.”

The Mstar Line of Premium Mounts:
· The Premium Cantilever System PCS200 patented mount delivers the greatest span of any flat-panel display in the market. The display pulls out to 37 inches and literally rotates to an amazing 360 degrees. It also tilts 40 degrees and pans 20 degrees, which allows the user to place the TV on a wall in one room and pull the screen around the corner and watch it from the other side of the wall in another room. The Premium Cantilever System PCS200 is priced at $775.99 SRP.

· The Premium Tilt System – PTS200 is perfect for placing screens in unusual places. It remains flush against the wall or tilts to a 40 degree angle with finger-tip control and no tools, making bedroom, ceiling or other high-angle viewing accessible. The Premium Tilt System -PTS250 is priced at $299.99 SRP.

· The Standard Cantilever System – STS145 incorporates all the performance, quality and esthetics of Mstar’s Premium Cantilever System in a more economical package to provide a better fit for “smaller” large flat panel displays. As always, the easy mounting system allows for installation in 3 simple steps. The Standard Cantilever System – STS145 is priced at $389.99 SRP.

· The Flush Tilt System – FTS200 provides the slimmest universal wall mount of .830″ in the market while still having the ability to tilt any FPD up to 10 Degrees. The patented system also includes a patented locking mechanism to secure the display. The Flush Tilt System – FTS200 is priced at $179.99 SRP.
