Monkey Video Introduces Products at CES

HOLLY HILL, FL, JANUARY 9, 2007: Monkey Video, Metra Electronics’ popular mobile video brand — is introducing 31 products at 2007 International CES, Booth 3406. The new SKUs enhance the brand’s existing lineup with expanded product categories and additional options in existing categories. The new products — which can be seen at Booth #3406 — include the following:

The MDVDSV7B is a sun visor replacement with a 7-inch screen and built-in DVD player. The self-contained video system is available in black and grey to complement most vehicle interior colors.

The MDVDAF3 is an entry-level AM/FM/DVD/CD/MP3 single-DIN head unit. Its faceplate features a 3.5mm auxiliary input port that provides a place to plug in other devices for audio playback through the system.

The MDVDAT71 is an AM/FM/TV tuner with a DVD/CD/MP3 player and a 7-inch flip-out video screen.

The MDVDTS6.5 is a double-DIN head unit featuring a built-in 6.5-inch screen that provides convenient touch-screen functionality. The unit also incorporates an AM/FM/TV tuner and DVD/CD/MP3 player.

Monkey Video is also introducing a new series of overhead flip-down video screens, available in 7-, 9-, 10.4-, 13-, 15- and 17-inch screens, as well as a 10.4-inch unit with a built-in DVD player. All feature an IR transmitter.
