Logicworks Expands Executive Team with the Promotion of Kenneth Ziegler to President and Chief Operating Officer

NEW YORK, NY — December 4, 2007 — Logicworks, a leading provider of high-availability hosting solutions to support business-critical applications and content, today announced the promotion of Kenneth Ziegler to President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this new role, Mr. Ziegler will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Logicworks and will lead the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.

For the past three years, Mr. Ziegler has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Logicworks where he directed and managed all aspects of the company’s financial operations. Prior to this position, Mr. Ziegler began working as an Account Executive at Logicworks in 2001 and was responsible for several of the company’s major client acquisitions.

Prior to Logicworks, Mr. Ziegler worked in Business Development at OVEN Digital and as a Systems Analyst for the Depository Trust Clearing Corporation. Mr. Ziegler studied Management Information Systems at Binghamton University and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
