Klipsch’s Music City Series Bluetooth Loudspeakers Honor 3 American Cities That Helped Shaped the World of Music

Klipsch names its new portable Bluetooth speakers after iconic American music cities: Austin, Nashville and Detroit.

No Cleveland or Hoboken? Klipsch has announced the debut of its Klipsch Music City Series, a new line of portable Bluetooth speakers designed to honor America’s iconic music cities.

The new models include the Klipsch Austin ($99), the Klipsch Nashville ($149), and the Klipsch Detroit ($299).

“Our Klipsch Music City Series is a celebration of music and culture. We wanted to pay homage to some of the most influential cities that have shaped the world of music, and we did so by crafting speakers that not only sound incredible but also embody the essence of Austin, Nashville and Detroit,” said Paul Jacobs, President and CEO of Klipsch.

With the Klipsch Nashville, you’ll immerse yourself in the soulful melodies and rich musical heritage of Music City USA thanks to the 360º sound experience created by the speaker’s dual opposing drivers.

The powerful Klipsch Detroit is the largest of the three speakers and was inspired by the Motor City’s legacy of defiant rhythms and iconic beats. Gene Simmons would approve of this one.

Broadcast Mode: Klipsch Music City Series speakers, along with other compatible Klipsch models like The One Plus and The Three Plus, feature the Klipsch Broadcast Mode that allows you to connect more than 10 speakers at once to create a fully immersive listening experience. 

Long-Lasting Battery: The Music City Series speakers are equipped with extended battery life, offering up to 12 hours of playtime with the Klipsch Austin and 24 hours of playtime with the Klipsch Nashville and Klipsch Detroit speakers.

Dust and Waterproof: Built to hit the road with an IP67 rating, the Klipsch Music City Series speakers are dust and waterproof.  

Bluetooth 5.3: The Klipsch Music City Series superior wireless connectivity gives you the freedom to move your speaker up to 40 feet away from the source. 

Klipsch Connect App: Customize the performance of Klipsch Music City Series speakers with the Klipsch Connect App; adjust bass, boost vocals, save personalized settings and more.
