IVO Software officially presented in Poland one of the best text-to-speech system in the world – IVONA Telecom with the MRCP interface. Ivona’s capabilities were demonstrated on the example of a Cisco telecommunication platform and the presentation took place on 18 June at the Contact Center International Fair (MTCC) in Warsaw.

This standard is currently applied in the largest Call/Contact Center systems where scalability and efficiency of the solution are of particular importance. By implementing MRCP in the IVONA Telecom TTS, IVO Software joined the elite group of companies supplying products for the most challenging applications.
