The mid-size PN-01009 offers the ability to custom-build your HTPC. It comes in a stylish brushed silver finish that will complement many of the existing home entertainment set-top boxes.
The new unit joins the mid-size black PN-01007, already in the companyOs product line. All X-Gene HTPC cases feature six drive bays and multi expansion slots, providing superior flexibility. Mid-Size X-Gene HTPC Cases
X-GeneOs mid-size HTPC cases PN-01007 (black) and PN-01009 (silver) are designed to accommodate both ATX and micro ATX motherboards. The included rear-mounted 80mm x 80mm fan helps disperse any heat before damage can be done to internal components. For extra-cooling capability, space is provided for optional side fans. X-Gene mid-size home theater cases include two exposed 5.25O drive bays, and two each 3.5O exposed and hidden drive bays. It has seven expansion slots, and front I/O ports. An ATX (PS2) power supply unit, such as offered by X-Gene, is recommended. The units measure 6O x 15O x 17O (whd) and weigh approximately 11 pounds.
