Digital Delivery Group to Distribute TiVos Series3 HD Digital Media Recorder to Custom Installation Professionals

SEATTLE (3/29/07) — Digital Delivery Group (DDG), the leading convergence and digital products focused distribution consortium for systems integrators and custom installers today announced a national distribution agreement with TiVo Inc., (NASDAQ: TIVO) to provide sales, training, and support services for the new TiVo Series3 HD Digital Media Recorder. The TiVo products, dealer training, and sales support will be provided to custom home electronics systems dealers and installers via DDG’s 14 regional partners.

The TiVo Series3 HD box allows consumers to record up to 32 hours of high definition programming or 300 hours standard definition video programs while maintaining the full video and audio fidelity of the original broadcast. The Series3 HD box is the world’s first THX-certified digital video recorder, delivering audio and video that truly maintains the fidelity of the original broadcast.
