Deadbeats Beware! Whatever You Did Is Going Public

— URADeabeat.com Lists Who You Are and Broadcasts It to the World —

MORGANVILLE, NJ — September 23, 2008 — URADEADBEAT.com, the List community website that outs people and businesses who have screwed you over, is live and taking complaints.

Uradeadbeat.com is a complaint and resolution website that covers all grievances, for all people. When complaints are posted, Uradeadbeat.com generates an email to the accused and/or sends an 8.5×5.5 inch color postcard in the U.S. mail (providing an email and mailing address are supplied), notifying the accused that they have been added to the Deadbeat List. Cost to post a complaint is $9.99. Uradeadbeat.com is allowing free posts with postcard mailings for the month of September.

“If someone wrongs you, you must stand up, and you need a place to do that,” said Adam Gordon, the passionate, 39-year old-entrepreneur who started this family business with his father and mother. “It is the only way to make people take responsibility. And if you’re telling the truth, only good things can come of it.”

There are many times when the legal system is too expensive, or otherwise not appropriate, for settling disputes, leaving people who have suffered loss from a neighbor, business, contractor, spouse–you name it– with no recourse, no satisfaction. Futility sets in and lives go on unresolved.

That’s exactly what happened to Gary Gordon, the patriarch of the Gordon trio: In 1994, Gary Gordon was a graphic designer. He was contracted to do $150,000 worth of design work, and upon completion and acceptance of that work, he sent the bill, which to this day remains unpaid.

“He closed up shop, moved to a new office in the same building, and said ‘That’s business,’ when I finally caught up with him,” Gary Gordon said. “I had no recourse. The lawsuit failed. So I took responsibility.”

The idea for Uradeadbeat.com was borne. “Instead of being angry and defeated, we created a positive outlet for feeling resolved,” said Anita Gordon, the mother of the family. “You have to understand it was devastating. That client of Gary’s was our friend.”

Fair is fair on Uradeadbeat.com. The accused will have the chance to rebut the accusation, which is also posted, and posts are never taken down. A dialogue back and forth can go on for as long as both parties participate.

Uradeadbeat.com is searchable, so people can check on businesses or individuals they may associate with. Easy to participate, easy to search, uradeadbeat.com lets people take matters into their own hands, with real results. www.uradeadbeat.com
