Business Technology Partners Opens New Michigan Office to Expand IT Services and Technical Support in the Midwest

NEW YORK, NY — May 6, 2008 — Business Technology Partners, Inc. (BTP), a premier New York City IT consulting firm, announced today that it has expanded its operation with the opening of a regional office in Michigan. Supporting the growing demand for high-quality IT services in the Midwest, and specifically the Detroit Metro region, the new office is the latest move in BTP’s business development and expansion initiatives.

With its new offices located in Southfield, the area’s largest and most prestigious commercial district, BTP is eager to serve the local business community and surrounding areas. From the Southfield hub, BTP will deliver a full range of managed services, technical support, IT infrastructure design, VoIP deployments and converged voice/data networking. Additionally, BTP will oversee technology project management and IT relocation services and projects.

To further highlight its expansion, Chris Sarsfield joins BTP as Midwest Regional Director. Mr. Sarsfield, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), brings 12 years of Information Technology experience to BTP and will be responsible for managing lead generation, marketing strategy, project design and management, and growth initiatives for the region. Previously, Mr. Sarsfield was the Information Technology Manager at Gongos Research, Inc., a custom marketing research company, where he helped the firm leverage technology solutions to support growth that lead them to being named an INC. magazine fastest growing company.
