Alteva Receives 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award

Alteva Archive Recognized for Outstanding Innovation

Alteva, North America’s largest provider of enterprise hosted VoIP, announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has named Alteva Archive as a recipient of a 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award.

Customers in other customer-service driven industries can now record and manage critical communication using Alteva’s call recording solution, Alteva Archive. With no software installation, management, or training required, customers can simply go online and manage their recorded phone data. Because the service is hosted and therefore has no significant up-front cost barrier, even smaller businesses can now improve operations, as well as innovate their customer offerings and improve their competitive edge. Alteva Archive is completely secure, cost effective, and comes with an easy-to-use Internet application on Alteva’s hosted platform.

“We are please to be recognized by TMC for this award,” said Louis Hayner, VP of Sales for Alteva. “Remaining legally compliant is vital to your business’ success and Alteva Archive substantially lowers your risk when industry regulations necessitate recorded phone calls. Alteva’s call recording solution ensures that you have the flexibility, scalability, and compliance coverage you need whether you’re a retailer depending on phone order confirmations, an insurance provider that relies on claims recordings, or a financial company that needs to verify phone trades.”

“Alteva has been recognized with a 2008 Product of the Year Award for their excellence in the advancement of voice, data and/or video communications,” said Rich Tehrani, TMC President and Group Editor-in-Chief. “Alteva has proven they are committed to quality and excellence in solutions that benefit the customer experience as well as ROI for the companies that use them. I am pleased to honor their hard work and accomplishments and look forward to more innovative solutions from them in the future.”

The Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award recognizes the vision, leadership and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of the prestigious award. The most innovative products and services brought to market in 2008 were selected as recipients of this year’s Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award for their groundbreaking achievement.

The 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award winners can be found on the INTERNET TELEPHONY and Customer Interaction Solutions Web site.
