Adder Announces Strategic Distribution Agreement with JB&A

NEWBURYPORT, MA — August 7, 2007 — Adder, a leading developer of KVM switches, extenders and IP solutions, today announced it has entered into a strategic North American distribution agreement with JB&A Distribution. The agreement establishes sale of all of Adder’s products through JB&A’s extensive network of thousands of value-added resellers.

The partnership between Adder and JB&A enhances Adder’s ability to meet the increasing need for remote computer management. Adder will also leverage JB&A’s experience in the digital media industry to create additional demand for the company’s KVM extenders that deliver unmatched video and audio clarity for digital signage and media streaming applications. Adder’s KVM solutions enable the reliable control of local, remote and global IT systems. The company’s products reduce the complexity, vulnerability and cost of IT environments by providing robust access to and direct control of local computing systems.

“Since one of our specialties is digital signage, Adder’s line of KVM solutions is a perfect fit with our existing channels,” said Jeff Burgess, CEO of JB&A Distribution. “KVM is a valuable technology for today’s increasingly popular digital media applications. These solutions enable the distribution, management and control of display devices while delivering top notch video and audio quality.”

“We are very pleased to have our products in distribution with JB&A,” said Adrian Dickens, founder and managing director of Adder. “We are looking to have the same success in the U.S. market that we have had in the UK and Europe for over twenty years.
